In November 2006 I was doing some audio field recording in Nepal up near the Tibetan border. This is a short 5 minute excerpt of some of the water recordings I did, overlayed with some instruments back in Tokyo. The israj is a simple stringed instrument from the tibetan/nepal/north indian tradition.
